Abstract:
A device for bending a profile forward and backward at a variable curvature, said device comprising: a conveying mechanism (3) and a profile forward and backward bending mechanism (2). The conveying mechanism uses pressure transfer to convey a profile. The profile forward and backward bending mechanism comprises a first forming wheel assembly (2.1), a second forming wheel assembly (2.2) and a forming wheel distance driving assembly. The first forming wheel assembly is provided with a first forming wheel (2.1.1). The second forming wheel assembly is provided with a second forming wheel (2.2.1). The first forming wheel can perform circular motion by using the center of the second forming wheel as a circle center, and the second forming wheel can perform circular motion by using the center of the first forming wheel as a circle center. The first forming wheel assembly and the second forming wheel assembly adjust the distance therebetween by means of the forming wheel distance driving assembly. The positions of the first forming wheel and the second forming wheel are used as profile bending stations, the profile bending stations being opposite to the conveying mechanism. The described device can implement the automatic conveying of a profile as well as the automatic forward bending and/or backward bending of a profile, thereby implementing the automatic bending processing of a profile.
