A device for bending a sheet-like material can prevent excessive resistance from being applied to the sheet-like material when the sheet-like material becomes bent, facilitates setup operation when the pitch and cross-sectional shape of corrugations to be formed on the sheet-like material are changed, and is formed in a simple configuration to reduce manufacturing cost and maintenance cost. A bending device comprises a mounting means (1) having a desired corrugation pattern formed thereon, a feeding means for the mounting means (1), a bending means (3) capable of bending a sheet-like material (W), a pressing means (4) capable of pressing the sheet-like material (W) bend by the bending means (3), and a cam member (5) for sequentially reciprocating the bending means (3) and the pressing means (4) at arbitrary timing to cause the bending means (3) to bend the sheet-like material (W) while causing the pressing means (4) to press the sheet-like material (W).
