Abstract:

The invention relates to reducing devices and can be used for producing highly homogeneous mixtures and highly concentrated binding suspensions. The inventive device comprises a body (2) provided with a receiving funnel (3), a worm feeder (4) and an external (6) and an internal (7) cones and spindle-shaped conical elements (9) which are freely arranged in a working area between said cones. The internal surface of the external cone (6) and the external surface of the internal cone (7) which are oriented to each other are provided with a wear resistant lining (10, 11) in such a way that a cavity (12, 13) for flowing a thermostablising agent is formed in each cone (6, 7) between the body (2) and the lining (10, 11). Said external cone (6) is provided with an individual drive (14) for reciprocatingly moving said cone with respect to the longitudinal axis thereof. The internal cone (7) is provided with an individual rotary drive (15), the worm feeder with an agitator (16) and the internal cone (6) with nozzles (17) for pressure supplying a washing liquid to the working area (8) of the cones (6, 7). Said invention makes it possible to carry out an ecologically sound technological process which is devoid of aspiration for water cleaning and prevents pollution, including processing of industrial wastes of any toxicity.
