Abstract:
The invention relates to the food industry and to the production of feed stuffs. The inventive device can be used for removing toxic substances from food products, feed stuffs and water, preventing a contamination of human beings and domestic animals with toxic substances which can accumulate in food products and water due to environmental contamination ( pesticides, radiation, heavy metals, etc.) The inventive device comprises three couples of isosceles triangle plates placed in two rows with an equal space between them, figures being applied in uniform rows on said plates. The bases for the first couple of the triangle plates are disposed on a straight line and the bases for the second couple are disposed on the second straight line parallel to the first, the tops of both couples being oriented in the same. The triangle plates of the third couple are placed between the triangle plates of the first and second couples, the tops of the triangle plates of the third couple being oriented in an opposite direction with respect to that of the first two couples. The tops of the plates of each row are arranged two by two on the parallel straight lines. Equal triangle cutouts can be made in the lateral sides of the plates. The plates are made of metal, wood or plastic. The space between the plates ranges from 5 to 40 mm. In order to remove the toxic substances from the food products and the water, a reservoir containing a product to be treated (in the case of liquid) or the product itself are placed on intersections of the straight lines, on which the bases for the plates are arranged, with a straight line passing through the tops of the middle couple of plates. The product must remain in the device for at least 40 min.
