Abstract:
The invention relates to a device for capping an access opening edge of a packaging body, referred to as an opening edge, comprising: - a downstream member (24) for guiding a cap by gravity to a zone for coupling the cap to the opening edge, - means for injecting steam intended to reach at least the zone for coupling the cap to the opening edge. The steam injection means comprise nozzles carried by the downstream member (24) for guiding the cap.
