Abstract:
A device for carrying plate-like bodies thereon, the device being adapted for use to carry thereon and transport a containment pallet in which plate-like bodies are contained in a stacked state. The device is provided with: a base; a carrying table which is tiltably supported by a shaft on the base, carries the containment pallet thereon, and is adapted to tilt between a horizontal position and a predetermined tilted position while carrying the containment pallet thereon; a balance weight which is movably provided to the carrying table; and a moving means which moves the balance weight. Moving the balance weight by the moving means causes the position of the center of gravity of the carrying table including the balance weight to be moved between one side and the other side of the center of tilt of the carrying table, and this causes the carrying table to move between the horizontal position and the predetermined tilted position.
