Abstract:
Disclosed is a device for charging a battery of a transportation means powered by electricity. The device for charging a battery comprises: a display that receives a user input via touch; a payment unit to which payment information is inputted; a plurality of battery trays that each accommodate a battery; a battery charging unit for charging each of the batteries accommodated in the plurality of battery trays; and a control unit that performs control such that, when payment information is inputted through the payment unit, a series of payment processes are performed on the basis of the inputted payment information, specific trays among the plurality of battery trays are sequentially opened so that the batteries can be replaced according to a user input received on a tray selection screen displayed on the display, and a newly accommodated battery is charged through the battery charging unit.
