Abstract:

A device for cleaning the inner surface of a pipe, comprising a transmission flexible shaft (100), a support (200), a driving device (300), and a cleaning assembly (500). The transmission flexible shaft (100) is provided with opposite first and second ends; the support (200) is circular and is coaxially connected to the first end; several rollers in contact with the inner wall of the pipe (1) are arranged at the periphery of the support (200) at intervals; the driving device (300) is connected to the second end, and can transfer a torque force to the support (200) by means of the transmission flexible shaft (100), so as to drive the support (200) to move along the length direction of the pipe (1); the cleaning assembly (500) is positioned at one side of the support (200) away from the driving device (300), and is coaxially connected to the support (200). The device for cleaning the inner surface of a pipe can convey the cleaning assembly (500) to a preset position so as to observe the inner surface of the pipe (1) by means of the cleaning assembly (500), and can also place an object to be conveyed in front of the support (200) along a movement direction thereof so that the support (200) conveys the object to be conveyed to a target position. Compared with the prior art, it is not required to dismount or cut a pipe, and thus a lot of manpower, material resources, and time can be saved.
