"Device for the cleaning and prevention of dirt on vending machines and similar"
Description
The present invention relates to a device that prevents the formation of dirt or deposits of food material on the surfaces in contact with food and beverages, also it prevents the contact between the dispensing unit and the containers in which the product is collected from the final user.
As it is known, in vending machines of food products, the final customer, which from now on it is called "user", has the possibility to meet the nozzle of the dispenser. This makes possible a chemical and bacteriological contamination of the product dispensed as sanitation is inadequate, and also in processes of automatic washing, sometimes machine, do not respect the minimum health standards.
During the cleaning cycles automatically internal channels is provided sanitizing product and waste material that is ejected from the nozzle, creating a potential chemical hazard for the user, encouraging the dirt and acting as a possible attraction for insects, larvae etc. It 'clear that in this phase there is a potential hygienic risk.
The aim of the invention is to solve the above problems, by providing a device that makes it inaccessible to 'user, to the dirt and the weeds, the waste material and the product sanitizing disbursed. This invention provides the use of an intermediate chamber (or pre- chamber) that separates the dispensing nozzle from the dispensing compartment.
On completion of the present industrial invention, it requires the use of a blade of air which prevents access of insects into the units and dirt in the pre-ch amber making such found industrial product innovation.
Also within this pre-chamber, is 'present a UV lamp in order to sterilize the environment
Within the above aim, a particular object of the invention is to provide a device, which allows maintaining, with extremely simple methods, the dispensing of food products and cleaning products, separated from human contact and by insects, making it more hygienic.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a device which, thanks to its particular constructive characteristics, is capable of ensuring, the greatest assurances of reliability and safety and hygiene in the use.
A further object of the present invention is to provide a device for ensuring a high health hygienic standard at the vending machines of foods in liquid and semi-liquid, which is easily obtainable using elements and materials commonly commercially available.
The above described aim, the objects mentioned and others which will become more apparent hereinafter, are achieved by a series of devices and components for the cleaning, sanitization and recovery of the waste material used for the sanitation of all components of the vending machine foods, in contact with the foods themselves. The invention, comprises within its pre-chamber, the object of the patent application, of a movement mechanism acting electric or pneumatic, of two pipes of collected the waste, of a graft for air blade and a ray lamp UV.
Further characteristics and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent from an analysis of the description of a preferred embodiment, but not exclusive, embodiment of a device for the cleaning, sanitizing, a barrier against any insects and the sterilization of foods in vending machines and similar, illustrated only by way of non- limitative example in the accompanying drawings, in which:

With particular reference to the figures of the drawing 3, in the invention there is industrial pipe (1) with slits at a certain angle with the radial direction and number (2), so as to create a rotation component number (3) on the tubular body for the recovery of the waste material resulting from the sanitization of internal pipes of the food product and of the distributor itself, placed inside a separator body formerly called pre-chamber tubular design 1. The group is mounted on a drive assembly which can be both pneumatic and electrical design 3 at number (3) from a part and a slide assembly of the other drawing number 3 (5). The movement of rotation of the pipe and one of the possible executions and indicated in drawing 3 which embodiment. The same result can also be obtained via a mechanism actuated transversal (forward and backward). Said pipe in question operates in two distinct cases:
- in the first case it allows the user to deliver the food without offering any kind of obstacles of drawing 2;
- In the second case the rotary movement or transversely of the pipe, occludes the ordinary channel dispensing and then the waste products are channelled in a second discharge channel that ejects the material in an appropriate container in drawing object 1 number (6).
According to the number references of the above mentioned figures, there is also a group of dispensing of air channeled into the pre-chamber, it is operated in cycles of rest of the wending machine so to generate a physical barrier against insects drawing 1 number (7). it said barrier is also intended to eliminate the product particles which might be deposited on the nozzles of dispensing external and therefore prevent product deposits. The subject device is also designed for the removal of dust and the similar inside the pre-chamber itself.
According to the number references of the above mentioned figures, there is also a device to ultraviolet rays with the aim to sanitize the pre-chamber itself drawing number 1 (8).
With the present invention, the above described devices guarantee within the pre-chamber a sanitized environment and free of dirt particles without therefore having to make frequent manual interventions.
The invention thus conceived is susceptible of numerous modifications and variations, all falling within the inventive concept.ln practice, the materials employed, as well as the dimensions and contingent shapes, may be changed according to any requirement.
