A device (100) for cleaving a magnet is equipped with a holding portion (110) for holding one side of a plurality of magnets (10) to be cleaved and a holding portion (130) for holding the other side, with a cleavage groove (11) as a boundary, and a movement generating portion (150) for cleaving the plurality of magnets (10) at once by moving the holding portion (130) relatively.  The holding portion (130) has a plurality of the other-side holding portions (131) for independently holding the plurality of magnets (10) to be cleaved, and the movement generating portion (150) has a plurality of movement generating portions (151) for generating the movement of a plurality of the other-side holding portions (131) independently and a simultaneous operating portion (153) for operating the movement generating portions (151) simultaneously.
