1.- A DEVICE FOR COATING SURFACES WITH REMOVABLE PARTS characterised in that it comprises:

A surface;

A series of laminar support bodies;

A series of bodies the base of which is essentially the same as the upper face of the laminar support bodies, these bodies having certain aesthetic or technical characteristics;

Wherein there is a magnetic attraction between the surface and the laminar support bodies, either because the surface has ferric characteristics and the laminar bodies have magnetic characteristics or vice versa, and wherein the laminar support bodies and the bodies with technical, functional or aesthetic characteristics may incorporate another inserted body that may also provide functional or technical characteristics to the assembly, all this forming a series of panels.

2.- A DEVICE FOR COATING SURFACES WITH REMOVABLE PARTS according to claim

1, characterised in that the panels have a geometric shape.

3. - A DEVICE FOR COATING SURFACES WITH REMOVABLE PARTS according to claim 1, characterised in that the panels are square.

4. - A DEVICE FOR COATING SURFACES WITH REMOVABLE PARTS according to claim 1, characterised in that the magnetic or ferric surface comprises a masonry base and a paint coating.

Description:
DEVICE FOR COATING SURFACES WITH REMOVABLE PARTS

This invention, as stated in the title, relates to a workpiece of the type used to coat surfaces such as those of buildings, furniture, household appliances or any others, with at least part of said workpiece being laminar with magnetic or ferric characteristics, such that the fixing of said workpiece occurs by magnetic attraction towards the surface to be covered and being easy to remove.

This invention belongs to the field of construction and/or decoration.

BACKGROUND

The coating of surfaces using removable parts has always been a desirable objective.

Thus, Spanish patent ES330381 already disclosed surface coating panels, although in this case they were fixed using adhesives, as in the cases of patents ES418448 or ES2090685, among others.

Other fixing means have been used for fixing panels to walls, as in the case of patent ES2262373, which suggests the use of Velcro for fixing the panels to the surfaces to be covered.

It is common to use magnetic parts to fix objects over surfaces such as the doors of refrigerators or metallic furniture, and even on certain surfaces coated with paint or enamels with ferric content. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to a device for coating surfaces with removable parts, comprising:

A surface.

A series of laminar support bodies.

A series of bodies the base of which is essentially the same as the upper face of the laminar support bodies. Wherein a magnetic attraction is generated between the surface and the laminar bodies, either because the surface has ferric characteristics and the laminar support bodies have magnetic characteristics or vice versa.

A decorative or useful element is adhered onto these laminar support bodies using a common process, the base or at least the perimeter of this decorative or useful element coinciding with the dimensions and shape of the face of the support body opposite to which the surface is adhered.

The configured parts can have preferably geometric shapes that allow forming a mosaic by tiling them next to one another.

Other elements can be inserted between the laminar support part and the decorative element, for example in order to generate a specific topography, or to provide the parts with insulating, padding or other properties.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

Figure 1 shows an exploded view of the basic components the panels consist of, which are the laminar support element (2) and the decorative or functional laminar body

ID- Figure 2 shows an example of the installation of panels to coat a wall, showing the visible faces of the laminar bodies (3) and the wall coated with ferric paint to which they magnetise (4).

DESCRIPTION OF A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION An embodiment of the invention is explained below that is not unique, and therefore other embodiments that reproduce the main characterising elements shall also be protected.

In the embodiment proposed the DEVICE comprises:

A surface with ferric characteristics such as a wall painted with a paint with iron content.

A series of square laminar components made in magnetised vinyl that will be the supporting parts. A series of laminar bodies of equal dimensions and shape as the support parts, wherein these bodies on their visible side have two different colours.

The laminar bodies and the vinyl support parts are bound together by conventional means such as by adequate gluing.

The bodies resulting from said binding will have a decorative side and another side for adhering to the surface by magnetic forces, in this case to a wall with a coating with ferric characteristics.

Due to the regular shape of the parts, the user can combine them into fantasy mosaics, letters, numbers or any other shapes they may find interesting.
