The present invention relates to a harmful substance collecting device comprising: a chamber equipped with a fan for suctioning air; and a liquid collecting tank which is accommodated in the chamber and configured to collect harmful substances in the air suctioned into the chamber, the harmful substances in the air being collected by making the air collide with a liquid-phase collection medium.
