Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for collecting sensible heat of blast furnace molten slag, which improves efficiency of energy use and lowers costs by collecting sensible heat of molten slag generated during the blast furnace process and recycling the collected sensible heat as various heat sources. The device for collecting sensible heat of blast furnace molten slag comprises: a hopper into which molten slag is poured; a cutting unit which is installed inside the hopper and cuts the poured slag into granule-shaped particles; a condensation unit which is installed in the lower part of the hopper and solidifies the molten slag cut into granule-shaped particles by the cut unit; and a heat exchange unit which is installed in the lower part of the condensation unit and heat-exchanges the solidified slag particles falling through the heat exchange unit.
