Abstract:
Disclosed is a device (10) for producing die-cast parts comprising a die-casting die (12) and a suction device designed for the controlled evacuation of a die cavity, the suction device consisting at least of a vacuum unit (18) and at least one suction conduit (20) connecting the die-casting die, wherein the suction conduit (20) terminates in a die vacuum valve (21) in the die cavity, the device is connected to a central control system (1) and a filter module (2), which contains at least one filter, a humidity sensor and a pressure sensor, is inserted in the at least one suction conduit (20).
