Abstract:
A device for controlling excess pore water pressure in a rock and soil layer, comprising: at least one filtration and water collection means and at least one pressure-reducing water inlet means. The filtration and water collection means is provided underneath a building structure, and comprises at least one water collection pipe (12) and at least one hydrostatic pressure release pipe (11), the water collection pipe (12) being horizontally provided on a base plate (30), the hydrostatic pressure release pipe (11) being vertically in communication with the water collection pipe (12) and extending downward through the base plate (30) and a plain concrete layer (35) into a rock and soil layer (40). The pressure-reducing water inlet means is provided in a base water tank (31), and comprises at least one water inlet pipe (21), at least one non-return valve (22) and at least one water outlet pipe (24); the hydrostatic pressure release pipe (11) absorbs seepage water in the rock and soil layer and feeds the seepage water through the water collection pipe (12), the water inlet pipe (21), the non-return valve (22) and the water outlet pipe (24) into the base water tank (31).
