Abstract:
A device for controlling the twisting of a damper disc in which: input members (6, 7), an intermediate member (5), and an output member (3) are arranged concentrically and rotatably relative to each other; the input members (6, 7) and the intermediate member (5) are connected to each other with strong damper springs (15) along the circumferential direction; the intermediate member (5) and the output member (3) are connected to each other with weak daper springs (16) along the circumferential direction; the intermediate member (5) is provided with support shafts (30) extending in the axial direction; a lock arm (31) extending roughly along said circumferential direction is rotatably supported by said support shaft (30) in such a manner as to be displaceable between an engagement position and release position; the center of gravity of the lock arm is deviated along the circumferential direction with respect to the center of said support shaft so that the lock arm (31) may be turned from said release position to engagement position by the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the disc; a return spring (32) for energizing the lock arm (31) from the engagement position to release position is provided; and engagement parts (40, 41) to engage with the lock arm at said engagement position along the circumferential direction are provided to the output member (3).
