Abstract:
In order to provide a device for controlling the vibration of an elevator rope, the device making it possible to highly precisely suppress horizontal vibration of an elevator rope, the present invention comprises: an actuator (14) disposed in an elevator shaft (1) or machine chamber (2) or above an elevator car (7) of an elevator device (200), the actuator generating a forced displacement in accordance with a drive input and applying a force to an elevator rope (6) of the elevator device depending on the forced displacement; a horizontal vibration measurement unit (12) that measures horizontal vibration generated in the elevator rope and outputs the measurement result as horizontal vibration information; a horizontal vibration estimation unit (50) that, on the basis of estimation factors including the horizontal vibration information, estimates the horizontal vibration of the elevator rope at the position of the actuator and outputs the estimation result as estimated horizontal vibration; and an actuator drive unit (52) that outputs the drive input to the actuator, thereby driving the actuator such that the forced displacement has an opposite phase relative to that of the estimated horizontal vibration outputted from the horizontal vibration estimation unit.
