Title:
DEVICE FOR COUPLING A TENSILE CORE TO THE DISTAL AND PROXIMAL SIDES OF AN ELECTRIC POLE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2011/071286
Kind Code:
A2
Abstract:
According to the present invention, the length of a tensile core is set to be equal to the distance between a proximal plate and a distal plate in order to prevent a surplus protruding length of the tensile core so that cutting is not necessary and stress does not remain in the tensile core disposed in a concrete electric pole as cutting by arc welding is not necessary, and since short coupling devices are inserted through insertion bolt holes of the proximal and distal plates, an assembling operation may be efficiently carried out due to easy handling and coupling. According to the configuration of the present invention: both end parts of a tensile core (900) are brought into contact with an inner surface (840A) of a distal plate (800A) and an inner surface (830B) of a proximal plate (800B); tension insert bolts (700A) are inserted through an insertion hole (820B) of the proximal plate (800B) and an insertion hole (820A) of the distal plate (800A) such that threaded portions (920) of the tensile core (900) can be screw-coupled to threaded portions (750A) of the tension insert bolts (700A) when the threaded portions (920) of the tensile core (900) are inserted into the threaded portions (750A) of the tension insert bolts (700A), wherein each of the tension insert bolts (700A) comprises a head portion (720A), an insertion portion (730A), an insertion-coupling portion (740A), and said threaded portion (750A); and inner surfaces (752A) of the threaded portions (750A) of the tension insert bolts (700A) are aligned with the inner surfaces (830B)(840A) of the proximal plate (800b) and the distal plate (800A). According to the present invention, the length of the tensile core is set to be equal to or slightly shorter than the distance between the proximal plate and the distal plate in order to prevent a surplus protruding length of the tensile core so that operations can be efficiently carried out and stress does not remain in the tensile core disposed in a concrete electric pole as cutting by arc welding is not necessary. In addition, since all of the tensile cores have the same length, the tensile cores may receive equal tension without eccentric force, and thus electric poles having stable structures can be produced.
