Abstract:
A device for crushing, screening, and feeding a battery negative electrode material. The device comprises a crushing tank (3), a feeding hopper (4), and a feeding pipe (5); a first separating plate (16), a second separating plate (14), and a crushing means are provided inside the crushing tank (3); a material guide pipe (1) is provided at an opening on the top of the crushing tank (3), and the feeding hopper (4) is fixedly connected at an opening at the bottom of the crushing tank (3) by means of mutual screwing of a bolt (6) and a nut (7); the first separating plate (16) and the second separating plate (14) are fixed inside the crushing tank (3); a plurality of through holes are separately distributed on the first separating plate (16) and the second separating plate (14); the crushing means consists of a crushing motor (18), a crushing rotating shaft (11), a first fixed blade (17), a first rotary blade (12), a second fixed blade (13), and a second rotary blade (15). Raw materials that do not meet the size requirements are filtered out effectively by means of the first separating plate and the second separating plate, so as to prevent caked raw materials from affecting implementation of the subsequent process; the caked raw materials are completely crushed by means of the crushing means, and therefore, the proportion of qualified materials is increased, and the utilization rate of the raw materials is increased.
