Title:
DEVICE FOR DECORATING RECIPIENTS AND UTENSILS USED IN JUICES AND COCKTAILS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2010/049767
Kind Code:
A3
Abstract:
This utility model relates to a new device for decorating recipients and utensils used for selected juices and cocktails in general characterised in that it comprises a clip or grip that divides the device into two in its usage position, a) on the upper edge of the clip that has a closed “U” shape and following its curvature, it has in a single plane a group of triangular extended surfaces ending in points, of different sizes and spaced equidistantly, resembling the crest of a cockerel, b) on one end of the “U” curvature it has an axle (support) arranged perpendicularly to both sides of the plane that contains the extended triangular surfaces, which serves to afford greater rigidity to the clip when it is in use, c) in the lower part of the clip and at one of its ends it has a triangular surface with curved downward-facing sides, which serves to carry any advertisement desired. One overall impression of the device resembles the physiognomy of the neck and head of a crested bird. It is useful because it enables a diversity of arrangements with fruits and vegetables such as to enhance their appeal or to make consumers more likely to choose them, when placed on any type of glass, recipient or utensil in general regardless of its height or thickness on account of the special characteristics of the clip or grip and to advantageously provide advertising.
