Abstract:
A device for dedusting by means of a low-pressure blow-back breathing method using high-temperature wall-flow-type ceramic membrane filtration and a dedusting and filtering method, the device comprising an upper tank (20) and a lower tank (5), wherein the inside of the upper tank (20) is divided into at least two sealed cavities by a transversal tank-separating plate (25) and/or a longitudinal tank-separating plate (18); at least one filter body assembly (8) internally provided with a ceramic membrane filter element (6) is arranged in each cavity; the lower end of the lower tank (5) communicates with the upper end of a funnel (1), and the lower end of the funnel (1) is provided with a dust exhaust valve (17); an interface connected to a dust-containing pipe (2) is disposed at one side of the funnel (1); a smoke discharge pipe (19) and a reverse air blowing pipe (9) are disposed on the side face of each cavity separately, the smoke discharge pipes (19) being connected to exhaust fans (15), and the reverse air blowing pipes (9) being connected to a reverse air blower (14). The present device alternatively performs on-line filtration and low-pressure breathing blow-back cleaning, so that damage done to ceramic membrane filter elements (6) by high-pressure pulse wind may be avoided, the service life of the ceramic membrane filter elements (6) is prolonged, and thus the usage costs of a user are lowered.
