Abstract:
The invention relates to packing stacked bank notes and can be use, for example for banks. The aim of said invention is to develop a simple, reliable and inexpensive device for deforming a stack of bank notes which can be used for packing said stack manually, and as an element of a semiautomatic and automatic packing machine. In the first variant, the inventive device for deforming a stack of bank notes comprises a deforming guiding element embodied in the form of a convergent tubular shell provided with a slot whose width is larger than the thickness of the deformed stack of bank notes. An additional guiding element is arranged inside said tubular shell. In the second variant, the inventive device for deforming a stack of bank notes comprises a deforming element which is embodied in the form of at least two parts which are extendable with respect to each other. Said parts can be embodied in the form of semi-rings which are oriented towards each other by the concave sides thereof. The parts can be pivotally connected to each other in such a way that they are rotatable with respect to each other.
