Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for dehydrating laver and, more particularly, to a device for dehydrating laver, the device being configured to be able to suction moisture contained in raw laver while performing compressive dehydration, as in the prior art, in a laver dehydration step when processing the laver, wherein the moisture inside the laver is squeezed out as much as possible to reduce the drying time of the laver in a laver drying step. Therefore, energy consumed to dry the laver can be reduced. The device for dehydrating laver according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a fixed frame (10); an elevating frame (20) positioned above the fixed frame (10) and being elevated by an elevating means (25); and a cushion member (30) attached on each of a bottom surface of the elevating frame (20) and an upper end flat surface of the fixed frame (10), and pressing and squeezing out the moisture contained in the laver. The elevating frame (20) is closed off by walls in all four directions, and a space portion (100) is provided inside the walls. An end of a pipe (200) is connected to one side of the space portion (100), and a suction means (250) is connected to the other side of the pipe (200), wherein the suction means (250) generates a suctioning force to suction the air inside the space portion (100). A bottom surface portion (300), on which the cushion member (30) is attached, is formed on the bottom surface of the elevating frame (20), wherein a plurality of through-holes (350) are provided evenly spaced apart in the bottom surface portion (300) such that, when the suctioning force is generated inside the space portion (100), the moisture contained in the cushion member (30) or in the laver pressed by the cushion member (30) is suctioned to the space portion (100).
