Disclosed is a device for delivering and releasing an aortic stent, the device comprising a sheath core component, an outer sheath catheter (7), and a control handle used for controlling axial movement of the sheath core component and the outer sheath catheter (7), wherein the control handle comprises a support main body (17), a fixed handle (9), and a sliding handle (16) movably sheathed over the support main body (17), the outer sheath catheter (7) is connected to the sliding handle (16), the sheath core component is connected to the support main body (17), the sliding handle (16) axially slides and circumferentially rotatably fits relative to the support main body (17), and based on the axial position of the sliding handle (16), the sliding handle (16) and the fixed handle (9) are in an axial abutting state or a separated state therebetween; and in the abutting state, the sliding handle (16) is rotatably fitted to the fixed handle (9) in a line contact manner. In the device for delivering and releasing an aortic stent, the fixed handle (9) is fitted to the sliding handle (16) in a line contact manner, thereby reducing resistance, improving smoothness of operation and feel to the touch, and also avoiding the risk of the separation of components.
