Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for detecting communication disconnection with a smart clamp meter and a method for operating communication disconnection detection. A device for detecting communication disconnection with the smart clamp meter according to the present invention comprises: a Bluetooth low energy (BLE) chip for receiving measurement data from the smart clamp meter according to a short-range wireless communication scheme; a flag module which is activated or deactivated according to whether the measurement data is received through the BLE chip; and a processing module for inspecting the flag module when an inspection period has arrived, and determining a session with the smart clamp meter as a disconnection state when the flag module is found to be deactivated.
