Abstract:
When the electrical condition of a driver who is the operator of a vehicle is obtained by providing an electrode on an operating handle (1) or the like which comes into contact with the driver, an electrode (11) is formed on an operating handle structure (10), and the electrode (11) is covered by a protective member (12). An electrically conductive part which passes through the protective part is formed so that there is conduction between the hand of the driver which comes into contact with the operating handle (1) and the electrode (11), by way of a hole (12) or the like provided in the protective member (12). This configuration makes it possible to improve durability and to detect the electrical condition of the operator without any loss of design freedom because constraints on materials and shapes are eased.
