Abstract:
A reliability extracting section (102) extracts the reliability of positioning at a person’s position calculating section (101) on the basis of an image captured from an imaging section (121). A section (104) for creating a possibly-existing area determines a possibly-existing area (AR1) on the basis of the result of positioning obtained by the person’s position calculating section (101) and reliability (precision of positioning) obtained by the reliability extracting section (102). An entry determining section (105) determines entry and/or exit to/from a targeted monitored area (AR0) on the basis of the overlapping of the possibly-existing area (AR1) with the monitored area (AR0).
