Abstract:
Provided is a device for detection of fluorescence in a liquid, equipped with: a light source 10 for emitting excitation light towards a liquid that is able to include a first substance emitting light of greater intensity in a first fluorescence wavelength band than in a second fluorescence wavelength band, and a second substance emitting light of greater intensity in the second fluorescence wavelength band than in the first fluorescence wavelength band, the excitation light having a wavelength that gives rise to Raman scattered light in the liquid, within a wavelength band between the first and second fluorescence wavelength bands; and a fluorescence detection unit 102 for detecting light of the first and second fluorescence wavelength bands.
