Abstract:
Provided are a device that has excellent operability and portability, and a determination system that uses the device. The present invention pertains to a device having: a reagent part in which a chemiluminescent indicator reagent and a luminescent substrate of the indicator reagent are disposed; and a base material on which the reagent part is formed, wherein the chemiluminescent indicator reagent and the substrate are independently disposed in the reagent part so that the chemiluminescent indicator reagent and the substrate can react when a sample is supplied to the reagent part. The present invention also pertains to a remote diagnosis system including: an imaging terminal that detects a light emission signal generated when reagents are supplied to the device; and an information processing means for processing light emission signal data acquired by the imaging terminal, wherein the imaging terminal and the information processing means can bidirectionally communicate via a network.
