Abstract:
The need for changing the threshold value used as the reference for diagnosis is reduced.
A pressure transmitter detects the pressure of an object to be measured, such as liquid, slurry, or gas with fluctuation (variation) in pressure, via a lead pipe. A device for diagnosing clogging of a lead pipe comprises a number-of-vertical-movements detection unit (11) which divides the time series of a pressure value detected by the pressure transmitter into a plurality of sections and detects the number of vertical movements of the fluctuation on a section-by-section basis, a determination unit (12) which determines the clogged state in the lead pipe by comparing the number of vertical movements of the fluctuation with a predetermined threshold value, and a detection interval adjustment unit (14) which adjusts the interval of detection of the number of vertical movements of the fluctuation on the basis of the autocorrelation coefficient of the pressure value.
