Abstract:
A device for disassembling an impeller of a magnetic levitation fan comprises a lead screw (1), a multi-hole pressing plate (2), a pressing bolt (3), a force application rod (4), and a grip (5). The force application rod (4) is connected to a top end of the lead screw (1). The lead screw (1) is connected to the multi-hole pressing plate (2). A frustum member (7) is provided at a bottom end of the lead screw (1). The grip (5) is fixedly connected to a side surface of the multi-hole pressing plate (2). A pressing bolt hole (6) is provided on the multi-hole pressing plate (2). Various bolt holes for different types of impellers are designed on the multi-hole pressing plate (2). The multi-hole pressing plate (2) is connected to a counterweight bolt hole (9) on an end surface of the fan impeller by means of the pressing bolt (3). A bolt hole is provided in the center of the multi-hole pressing plate (2), and is connected to the lead screw (1). In this manner, the device facilitates disassembly of the impeller of the magnetic levitation fan, does not cause any damage to the impeller and a rotor, and is applicable to different types of impellers.
