Abstract:
The invention relates to a device (100, 200, 210, 230, 240) for disinfecting parts, in particular body parts (146), preferably hands, the device having a disinfection region (140), in which a body part (146) to be disinfected can be held, and having application means (148), which are designed to apply, in particular to spray, a liquid disinfectant on a body part (146) being held in the disinfection region (140), the device (100, 200, 210, 230, 240) having a production unit (70, 92, 110, 242), which is designed to produce plasma-activated water, and the production unit (70, 92, 110, 242) being connected to the application means (148) in such a way that plasma-activated water produced by the production unit (70, 92, 110, 242) is supplied to the application means (148) as disinfectant. The invention also relates to the use of the device (100, 200, 210, 230, 240) to disinfect body parts (146), in particular hands. The invention further relates to a plasma source (260).
