Abstract:
A device (10) for dispensing application elements in the form of a spindle (21, 22), which comprises a casing (100) extending approximately along a longitudinal axis X-X' with a first and a second end, and which comprises an opening (115) having a section approximately perpendicular to the axis X-X' located at the first end of said casing so as to enable application elements to pass through said opening, and also a driving device (120) for moving them towards and through the opening (115).
