The invention concerns a device 1 for dispensing artificial eyelashes comprising a holding element 123 and a housing 10, said housing 10 being provided with a dispensing opening 11 allowing the artificial eyelashes 41 to exit to a space outside the housing 10, the holding element 123 comprising a flexible material and being designed to be arranged at the dispensing opening 11 in such a way as to assist in the holding of the eyelashes 41.
