Abstract:
A signal analyzer (11) produces polar coordinate data that are to be displayed on an image display device (20) in the raster scanning system. There are provided first and second image memories (14-1, 14-2) having memory arrangements corresponding to the screen of the image display device (20). A memory switching circuit (18) switches either one of said first or second image memory (14-1, 14-2) to the write side, and switches the other one to the erase side for every measuring scan. A graphic display controller (13) successively writes said polar coordinate data to either one of said first or second image memory (14-1, 14-2), successively erases the data of one scan before that has been written onto the other side, and simultaneously reads the data from the two memories, so that said polar coordinate data are continuously displayed in real time on the image display device (20) in the raster scanning system.
