Abstract:

The device comprises a vertical receiving bunker (1) the lower part of which is provided with a hopper (2). A disc (3) is located therebetween provided with at least one charging opening (4). Above the opening (4) a cut-off plate (9) is mounted with the possibility of vertical and horizontal movements the surface of which is parallel to that of the disc (3).
