Abstract:

A device (1) for driving a measuring instrument has an instrument (combination meter)(6) having condition display sections (first and second analog display sections and digital display section)(6b, 6c, 6d) for displaying conditions of a vehicle, control means (first control means, second control means)(4a, 6a) for inputting condition signals representing the vehicle conditions, calculating vehicle condition data based on the condition signals, and operating the condition display sections (6b, 6c, 6d) based on the vehicle condition data, and memory means (memory card)(4b) for memorizing in a synchronized manner the vehicle condition data in a predetermined time period and the data other than the vehicle condition data.
