Abstract:
The present invention relates to a Wi-Fi Direct device which can detect an abnormal state of a vehicle and quickly convey the detected abnormal state to other vehicles, and a control method therefor. In particular, the present invention relates to a Wi-Fi device comprising: a wireless communication unit for communicating with other Wi-Fi devices on the basis of Wi-Fi Direct; a sensing unit for determining an abnormal state of the vehicle; and a control unit for controlling the wireless communication unit by generating user specific data (vendor specific data) on the basis of the determined abnormal state and adding the generated user specific data to a management frame such that the management frame is transmitted to the other Wi-Fi devices.
