Title:
DEVICE FOR ESTIMATING STATE QUANTITY RELATED TO MOTOR AND ELECTRIC POWER TOOL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/108246
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a technology such that a state quantity related to a motor can be estimated with precision on the basis of another state quantity. The present specifications disclose a device for estimating a state quantity related to a motor. The device is equipped with a motor model that is a motor model which reflects the characteristics of the motor and which involves at least inputs regarding a first state quantity and a second state quantity related to the motor and an output regarding a third state quantity related to the motor, a comparator for computing the difference between the actual third state quantity of the motor and the third state quantity output from the motor model, and an amplifier for amplifying the output of the comparator with a predetermined gain. With this device, the actual first state quantity of the motor is input to the motor model as the first state quantity, and the output of the amplifier is input to the motor model as the second state quantity. The device treats the output of the amplifier as the estimated value of the actual second state quantity of the motor.
