Abstract:
A device for evaluating a blade seal, according to the present invention, is provided such that a blade angle can rotate without a shaft in the center thereof, and thus the performance of a seal to be applied to a tidal current power generator for which watertightness performance of the seal is significantly required can be evaluated. When the performance of the seal is evaluated, the air or water leakage of each seal can be checked all at once through an inner seal and an outer seal, which are provided along the circumference of the upper surface of a lifting plate to form a concentric circle.
