Title:
DEVICE FOR EVALUATING AND METHOD FOR EVALUATING SOLAR CELL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/036197
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
This method for evaluating the photoelectric conversion efficiency of a solar cell, wherein a photoelectric conversion body is formed by layering at least a first electrode layer, a semiconductor layer, and a second electrode layer in the given order on one surface of a substrate, and the photoelectric conversion body is electrically compartmentalized by scribe lines, is characterized by having: a step for detecting the n-th scribe line and the n+1-th scribe line from one end of the substrate where n is a natural number; a step for insulating from the surrounding region a predetermined region to be evaluated within the region compartmentalized by the n-th scribe line and the n+1-th scribe line; a step for radiating light at a region containing the insulated predetermined region; and a step for measuring the current/voltage characteristics in the predetermined region during light irradiation.
