Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for evaporation and drying under oil, which can remove moisture from sludge more effectively, and which can reduce the drying time, thereby improving the efficiency, the device comprising: a drying chamber for causing a sludge cake to contact heat-medium oil, thereby drying the same; a driving unit comprising a driving motor, which is installed in the drying chamber, and a shaft, which is connected to the driving motor, and which extends into the drying chamber; a first blade unit installed on the shaft so as to pulverize and agitate the sludge cake; a second blade unit installed on the shaft so as to pulverize and remove bubbles, which float to the oil surface; and a steam pipe for heating the heat-medium oil, which has been injected into the drying chamber.
