Abstract:
A control device which controls suitably the tensile force of a bandlike body (26), wherein a brake means (10) is provided for a roller (1) which attracts the bandlike body (26) to itself and rotates to give tensile force to said moving bandlike body (26), braking force being exerted to said bandlike body (26) by the operation of said brake means (10).
