Abstract:
A device for extracting a cargo box. The device comprises a framework and horizontal frames. The framework comprises four vertical mullions (111) adapted to four vertical edges of a cargo box. The horizontal frames comprise a top horizontal frame (112) connected to the tops of the four vertical mullions (111), and a lower horizontal frame (113) connected to the lower parts of the four vertical mullions (111). A grasping assembly comprises: two horizontal grasping shafts (121) which are disposed oppositely and are respectively rotatably connected to the lower ends of two adjacent vertical mullions (111) by means of respective bearing seats (122), wrenches (123) being respectively provided at the same ends of the two horizontal grasping shafts (121); two bottom air cylinders (124), which are respectively fixedly connected to the horizontal grasping shafts (121), with respective piston rods being perpendicular to the horizontal grasping shafts (121); two grasping claws (125), claw ends thereof facing each other, and the grasping claws (125) being fixedly connected to the tail ends of the piston rods of the bottom air cylinders (124), respectively; and two grasping air cylinders (126), which are separately connected to the lower horizontal frame (113), and have respective piston rods respectively rotatably connected to the wrenches (123) of the horizontal grasping shafts (121). The device for extracting a cargo box can be used for arbitrarily extracting a cargo box from a stack of cargo boxes, and improve the efficiency of extracting cargo boxes.
