The present invention relates to a device for fixing the femoral trochanter and, more particularly, to a device for fixing the femoral trochanter, wherein the device is provided with a metal plate having a shape corresponding to the shape of the femoral trochanter of the pelvis, and can securely support the femoral trochanter of the pelvis by surrounding and fixing the same with cables that pass through the metal plate horizontally. Also, the device for fixing the femoral trochanter according to the present invention further includes a combination block and screws, and doubly fixes the femoral trochanter with the cables surrounding the femoral trochanter and the screws fixed to the femoral trochanter, and thus has the advantage of being able to more firmly fix the femoral trochanter.
