Abstract:
In a device for fixing functional elements (4), such as pipes or cables, to base elements (1, 2), in particular to screen mats and/or to rods, by means of clips (3, 3.1) which can be applied from a foot part (5) to the base element (1, 2), the foot part (5) should have at least one recess (16.1, 16.2) for receiving the base element (2).
