Abstract:
Disclosed is a device for fixing a porcelain insulator and an overhead conductor. The device comprises a left clamp body and a right clamp body. The left clamp body has a left semi-circular engaging portion (11), a left stabilizing frame and a left conductor holder body (13). The left engaging portion is adapted to the neck of a porcelain insulator, and the left stabilizing frame comprises an upper rod of the left stabilizing frame (121), a lower rod of the left stabilizing frame (122) and a middle rod of the left stabilizing frame (123), wherein the upper rod of the left stabilizing frame and the lower rod of the left stabilizing frame are fixedly connected to two ends of the left engaging portion, respectively. A lower part of the left conductor holder body is connected to the middle rod of the left stabilizing frame. The right clamp body has a right semi-circular engaging portion (21), a right stabilizing frame and a right conductor holder body (23). The right engaging portion is adapted to the neck of the porcelain insulator, and the right stabilizing frame comprises an upper rod of the right stabilizing frame (212), a lower rod of the right stabilizing frame (222) and a middle rod of the right stabilizing frame (223), wherein the upper rod of the right stabilizing frame and the lower rod of the right stabilizing frame are fixedly connected to two ends of the right engaging portion, respectively. A lower part of the right conductor holder body is connected to the middle rod of the right stabilizing frame. The device of the present invention has a small number of parts and is easy to operate, thereby reducing operator workload and increasing operation efficiency.
