Abstract:

The device comprises a trolley (2) movable on a portal (3) in two perpendicular horizontal directions. On the trolley (2) is mounted a sectional pressing roller (12) having a smooth-surface cylindrical section (13) and a section consisting of a sector (14) with radial protrusions (15) for tightening the concrete mix between cavity-forming elements (28) mounted on a trolley (30) movable along the plate to be formed. A worm (48) is mounted coaxially to the cavity-forming elements (28) to feed the concrete mix under the radial protrusions (15) of the sector (4).
