Abstract:
A device for forming a spring by feeding and winding two steel wires comprises a wire-supplying mechanism (10), a guide mechanism (20), a wire-cutting mechanism (30), and a coil spring mechanism (40). The wire-supplying mechanism (10) comprises at least two pairs of wire-supplying rollers arranged in parallel. The respective pairs of wire-supplying rollers operate independently from each other. The respective pairs of wire-supplying rollers independently hold and convey steel wires. In the device for forming a spring by feeding and winding two steel wires, the wire-supplying mechanism (10) adopts multiple pairs of wire-supplying rollers for conveying steel wires of various sizes. Operations of the respective pairs of wire-supplying rollers are independently controlled by different driving sources. When there is a need to switch to a steel wire of another size to form a spring, activation and deactivation of corresponding driving sources are controlled directly, thereby realizing switching and feeding of steel wires of various sizes, and achieving flexible control and high switching efficiency.
