Abstract:
The invention relates to a food preparation device including: a rotatable work tool (30) comprising a driving end and a side wall (32) having at least one outer fragmentation member (33) adjacent to a through-passage, the side wall (32) having a circumferential edge (37) provided with a front opening for discharging the processed food; - a housing (20) defining a recess (21) having a mounting opening for installation of the work tool (30), the housing (20) having a vent (23) leading into the recess (21) at least partially facing at least one of said outer fragmentation members (33); and - an insert borne (40) by the housing (20). The insert (40) has a discharge passage (41) extended by a deflecting wall (42) that extends into the side wall (32). In accordance with the invention, the insert (40) has at least one other discharge passage (45) extended by another deflecting wall that extends into the side wall (32).
